Dear PACC Members and Friends,
As the merry month of May is upon us, we are very pleased to report that work on our Chamber's Member Directory and Resource Guide is progressing nicely as part of our partnership with the Daily Herald. This leading Chicago area newspaper offers a remarkable editorial, production, design and photography staff, and we anticipate that the PACC publication will feature a highly appealing and readable layout, in both print and digital formats.

Our networking event last month was unusual. The combination of kind hosts, great company of PACC and PAEA members and friends, topped off by an excellent performance by House Theatre contributed to a very special and memorable experience at the Chopin Theatre on April 12, 2012.
 
The breakfast seminar series we started last March continued on May 2 with an excellent presentation and discussion by Norbert Barszczewski on email marketing.

One of the highlights of recent weeks was the election of the new PACC Board of Directors. We are pleased to let you know that the new Board met on May 1 to elect the officers of the Chamber, with the following results:
President - Lucas Fuksa, Fuksa Khorshid LLC
Vice President/Internal Affairs - Monika Wyrwas, FYI, Inc.
Vice President/External Local & National Affairs - Tom Startek,
Star-Tech Glass, Inc.
Vice President/External International Affairs - Anna Morzy,

Secretary - Jan Mlynarski, Graphic Arts Co.
Treasurer - Halina Wikar - Taxes-The Financial Services Corp.

As we look forward to an exciting array of programs in the near future, we would like to bring your attention to a change in our calendar. This month, instead of the 3rd Thursday, we will have a special networking event on Friday, May 18 at Chicago's Metropolitan Club.
